- Once a project is delivered as per agreed scope, any additional work will be treated as a new task and billed separately.
4. Payments and Invoicing
- All services are subject to payment terms as outlined in your proposal or invoice.
- Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of service delivery.
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
- All code, designs, and content developed by Rookiezz Solutions remain the property of the company until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client will receive the agreed license or ownership as per contract terms.
- Clients must not copy, reuse, or resell any part of our proprietary content or technology without written consent.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on all shared information, including project details, pricing, and client data.
- We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Rookiezz Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We make no guarantees regarding website performance, third-party services, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice.
- Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
- Work completed up to the termination point will be delivered and billed accordingly.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
