Rookiezz Solutions provides digital and creative services. We do not sell or ship physical products. All deliverables are delivered electronically, as described below.
1. How We Deliver
Depending on the service, deliverables are provided through:
- Email or WhatsApp to your registered contact
- Cloud links such as Google Drive, for design files and videos
- Deployment to your domain, hosting, Shopify or WordPress account, for websites and stores
- Login credentials and admin access, for software, portals and subscriptions
- Posting directly to your social media accounts, for social media management
2. Delivery Timelines

Exact timelines for each engagement are confirmed in the proposal or invoice. Timelines start once we receive the advance payment and the content, access and approvals needed to begin.
3. Delivery Confirmation
We notify you by email or WhatsApp when each deliverable or milestone is ready. Final source files, admin access and ownership handover are provided after full payment, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
4. Delays
- If a delay is caused by us, we will inform you in advance with a revised timeline.
- Delays in sharing content, feedback, approvals or access on your side will extend the timeline accordingly.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, Shopify, Meta or Google) or by events beyond our control.
5. Service Area
Our digital services are delivered to clients across India and internationally. In-person video shoots are conducted at our studio in Perungudi, Chennai, or at your location as agreed in the proposal. Travel costs for shoots outside Chennai are charged separately.
